Australian firm Maddocks has hired a new banking and finance partner for its commercial team in Melbourne.
Stuart Weir joins from Allens Arthur Robinson, where he had been a partner for eight years. Weir specializes in project finance, acquisition finance, syndicated lending, and leveraged buyouts.
