Kirkland & Ellis and De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek are advising on a joint venture between Dutch electronics company Royal Philips Electronics N.V. and Hong Kong-based TPV Technology Ltd. Philips will provide $524 million in loans and promotional support. Display maker TPV, which will own 70 percent of the venture, turned to Kirkland Hong Kong partners Nicholas Norris, Ashley Young and Douglas Murning.
