The hire this week of Bill Satchell for the Washington, D.C., office of Allen & Overy marks the fourth former O’Melveny & Myers regulatory attorney to jump ship to Allen & Overy in as many months, sibling publication The National Law Journal reports.
The Magic Circle firm launched its D.C. hub in July by poaching O’Melveny partners Barbara Stettner and Christopher Salter and O’Melveny counsel Charles Borden. The D.C. office now counts 11 attorneys.
