Allen & Overy and Hogan Lovells are advising SABMiller in its hostile takeover bid for Australian rival Foster’s Group for about $10 billion in cash.

The acquisition would be the largest-ever for London-based SABMiller, the world’s second-largest brewer behind Anheuser-Busch InBev, Bloomberg reports. Acquiring Foster’s, which makes seven of the top ten beer brands in Australia, would give SABMiller control of roughly half the country’s beer market.
