Bingham McCutchen is expanding its California tax practice with the addition of three tax partners to its Silicon Valley office: ROBERT KIRSCHENBAUM, from Miller & Chevalier; BETH WILLIAMS, from Baker & McKenzie; and JOHN RYAN, from McDermott Will & Emery. They are set to join the firm’s tax and employee benefits group and will advise the firm on the energy, pharmaceutical, insurance, financial services, and consumer products industries, among others.

BRIGITTE GAMBINI is headed to Duane Morris as a partner in the firm’s New York corporate practice group. Gambini, previously with Sullivan & Worcester, specializes in corporate, finance, and regulatory law, with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border commercial and project-finance transactions.
