Clayton Utz has hired a new corporate partner for its Melbourne office.
Michael Linehan joins the Australian firm from Holding Redlich, where he has practiced for seven years. The move marks a return to Clayton Utz for Linehan. He worked at the firm between 1995 and 2004, and was a senior associate at the time of his departure.
