Barnes & Thornburg has added a partner to its IP department. ALAN GORMAN, previously the managing partner of Merchant & Gould, will be based in Atlanta. Gorman concentrates on technology and innovation matters for software and electronics.
PETER VILMOS joined Burr & Forman‘s Central Florida office as counsel, where he will be part of the construction litigation practice group. Vilmos, formerly with Killgore, Pearlman, Stamp, Ornstein & Squires, P.A., deals with such issues as construction-related matters, business disputes, and first-party insurance issues.
