Three of Crowell & Moring’s consumer class action defense partners, who have represented General Motors in products liability cases, started at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius on Monday, as demand for litigators experienced in multidistrict litigation continues to grow.

Washington, D.C.-based April Nelson Ross and Rachel Raphael and Chicago-based Mohamed Awan switched firms to take advantage of cross-selling opportunities at Morgan Lewis. The trio defend corporate clients in transportation, health care and consumer products goods in MDLs and class action litigation, Ross said in an interview.
