The aviation entrepreneur alleging to have been the target of a hack-and-smear campaign involving global law firm Dechert this week called for the firm to be sanctioned and held in civil contempt for failing to comply with discovery deadlines.

Lawyers for plaintiff Farhad Azima said in documents filed on Tuesday that the firm, a non-party witness in the case, failed to comply with a court order for document production by Aug. 8 and submission to depositions Aug. 24. This came in response to motions for clarification by Dechert on the final day for document production, court records show.
