McDermott Will & Emery has hired Dechert M&A attorney Howard Kleinman as partner in its transactions group, the firm announced Thursday. Kleinman had been at Dechert for the past 14½ years. He will be based in New York.
“As counsel to some of Latin America’s largest businesses and investors, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to leverage McDermott’s international platform and further advance the firm’s global strategy,” Kleinman said in a statement.
