A group of Am Law 100 law firms is guiding one of the biggest deals announced so far this year, the $21 billion merger between World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).

Latham & Watkins is advising Endeavor Group Holdings, which owns UFC, while Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison is representing WWE. WWE’s largest shareholder, Vince McMahon, is getting counsel from Kirkland & Ellis, while primary WWE financial advisor Raine Group has turned to Pillsbury Winthrop & Shaw.
