Michael Rupe, who led the financial restructuring practice at Atlanta-based King & Spalding before taking a brief sabbatical in 2021, has reentered Big Law at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, where he will be the head of special situations and reorganizations.
Rupe will be resident in the firm’s New York office.
