Quarles & Brady, a Milwaukee-based firm with more than 400 lawyers, saw its profits skyrocket more than 30% last year.
As the firm’s billable hours grew, the firm’s gross revenue rose 7.9% to $301.7 million. And with a 4% smaller head count, the firm’s revenue per lawyer leaped 12.6% to $732,000.
