After living the Big Law life for more than a quarter century, John Cook has parted ways with familiar surroundings at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe to take over as chief legal officer at rapidly growing clean energy company Intersect Power.
“While I had a big impact at Orrick, I am excited to have a more direct impact by joining Intersect Power,” Cook said Tuesday in an email.
