New York’s court system is turning to Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison as the judicial branch fights unions in court over a workforce vaccine mandate.

Court records show Paul Weiss attorneys are representing the court system in union lawsuits, which came after labor groups say Chief Judge Janet DiFiore and court officials refused to negotiate the specifics of the vaccine mandate.
