Last week, a deal team at Davis Wright Tremaine led the Flynn Restaurant Group (think Arby’s, Applebee’s and Taco Bell, among others) to a $552 million deal acquisition of most of the existing Pizza Hut and Wendy’s restaurants, which, according to Restaurant Magazine, is the largest franchisee-to-franchisee deal in history.

The deal was also led by women, and staffed almost entirely by women, with six of the eight team members being women.
