Boies Schiller Flexner’s handling of an investigation into Joshua Schiller, after he was arrested for alleged domestic violence, has divided senior partners at the firm, and more lawyers will look for the door in the coming months, sources close to the firm say.

A little over a month after his arrest, Joshua Schiller has been cleared to return to Boies Schiller from his leave of absence after the firm cleared him of any wrongdoing. But, sources said, many in the firm doubted that an investigation would turn up anything negative on Joshua Schiller.
