A group of 17 white-collar lawyers from New York boutique Richards Kibbe & Orbe, including one of the firm’s co-founders, will leave to join Perkins Coie on Jan. 1. The infusion of talent will come in handy under President-elect Joe Biden’s administration, Perkins Coie leader William Malley said.

Twelve partners, two counsel and three associates have joined Perkins Coie in New York City and Washington, D.C. The group includes name partner and co-founder Lee Richards, and former litigation co-chair David Massey. Both of partners are former assistant U.S. attorneys for the Southern District of New York.
