Longtime Seyfarth & Shaw international labor and employment partners Darren Gardner, Amanda Sonneborn and Dominic Hodson have jumped to King & Spalding to bolster the firm’s abilities to advise clients on global workplace issues that have emerged out of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The hires, which blend two different rate structures and add to a practice many Big Law firms have backed away from, will work closely with King & Spalding’s deal lawyers.
