Morrison & Foerster is launching an office in Miami by poaching Greenberg Traurig partner Randy Bullard, co-chair of the firm’s Miami corporate practice, along with three other partners and an undisclosed number of associates.

The firm confirmed news of the partner laterals to The American Lawyer without offering details. The new office would be its 18th worldwide.
