Los Angeles-based Loeb & Loeb has hired two new partners in Hong Kong, but two others, including the former office managing partner, have left.

Capital markets lawyers Michael Fung and Alfred Lee both join from Locke Lord, where both were Hong Kong partners. Fung returns to Loeb & Loeb after four years with Locke Lord; earlier in his career, he practiced with K&L Gates in Hong Kong. Lee joined Locke Lord in 2013 when the Dallas-based firm entered an association with local firm Cheung & Lee, where he was a name partner. Cheung & Lee fully merged with Locke Lord in 2015.
