JAMES TURKEN, co-chair of Dickstein Shapiro’s litigation department, head of its Los Angeles office and a member of the firm’s executive committee, became the latest partner to leave the struggling firm Friday.

Los Angeles-based boutique Eisner Jaffe hired Turken to head its litigation group, as well as Dickstein Shapiro partner REBECCA LAWLOR CALKINS, counsel FAWN SCHANZ and an associate. Schanz joins Eisner Jaffe as of counsel. Turken’s team leaves Dickstein Shapiro almost six months after the firm saw 10 lawyers, including the head of its insurance coverage group, leave its Los Angeles office to join another local boutique in Liner.
