In a $380 million antitrust battle between two pharmaceutical manufacturing and marketing companies, Michael Klisch and Robert Cahill made sure that client Patheon Inc. came out on top. The Cooley lawyers got the 3-year-old case dismissed on summary judgment on Oct. 29.
