Paul Hastings has officially opened an office in Brazil after watching one of its new hires in the country choose to remain with his former firm earlier this year.
On Tuesday, Paul Hastings announced that it had hired energy and project finance partner ROBERTA BASSEGIO in São Paulo from Brazilian firm Veirano Advogados. She will serve as chair of Paul Hastings’ proposed office in the city, which is subject to the approval of local regulators.
