Herbert Smith Freehills has launched a formal law alliance in Singapore and hired a new partner in Hong Kong.
The firm has officially turned its best-friends relationship with Singaporean firm Prolegis into a formal law alliance. Both firms will retain its own branding and operate as separate firms under the FLA name: Herbert Smith Freehills Prolegis.
