Despite a recent spate of partner departures, K&L Gates expanded its operations in Austin, Texas, this week by absorbing three-partner Moltz Morton & Glenn.

The Austin Business Journal reports that name partners WILLIAM MOLTZ, STEVE MORTON and JANESSA GLENN bring their environmental administrative, litigation and regulatory expertise to K&L Gates. The trio, who formed their firm in 2007 following the dissolution of Jenkens & Gilchrist, counsel public and private companies in a range of industries—agriculture, energy, manufacturing and real estate—before state and federal environmental agencies.
