Herbert Smith Freehills has formed an alliance with Singaporean firm Prolegis.
The three-lawyer firm, led by former Allen & Overy lawyer Ban Leong Oo, focuses on corporate and commercial work such as mergers and acquisitions, projects and private equity. The partnership gives Herbert Smith Freehills’ clients access to Singapore legal advice after the firm relinquished its Qualifying Foreign Law Practice license last year.
