Douglas Sprague began his legal career in the mid-1990s as an associate at Katten Muchin Rosenman and O’Melveny & Myers before spending the past 14 years as a federal prosecutor in California. Today, he is a white-collar defense and securities ligitation partner at Covington & Burling in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Leigh Sprague graduated from Columbia Law School in 1999 before becoming an associate at Coudert Brothers. He left in 2001—five years before the firm collapsed—to join LeBoeuf Lamb, later transferring to its Moscow office. He eventually became the head of capital markets and corporate finance at United Company Rusal, an aluminum giant in Russia. Today, he is in prison.
