Jones Day and Polsinelli have poached a pair of health care practice leaders from Squire Patton Boggs, a firm formed last year through a high-profile merger.

MAUREEN BENNETT, cochair of the health care and life sciences industry group at legacy firm Squire Sanders and a member of the firm’s global board, is leaving Squire Patton Boggs’ San Francisco office to join Jones Day in Boston. Bennett represents life science and health care entities in a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions.
