Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman was tossed from client SonicBlue’s bankruptcy case for not disclosing a conflict of interest. Now lawyers for a creditor claim the firm failed to disclose yet another conflict.

The lawyers are also accusing the Chapter 11 trustee, Dennis Connolly, of sitting on the latest undisclosed conflict, according to a letter obtained by The Recorder. The letter — signed by William McGrane, a lawyer for a creditor — calls for Connolly, who was installed after Pillsbury’s disqualification, to step down as trustee.
