A disbarred Hewlett, N.Y., attorney is facing felony grand larceny charges for allegedly stealing more than $300,000 from two clients, according to Nassau County District Attorney Kathleen Rice.

Joseph Levine, 59, who submitted his resignation in April and was disbarred on June 26, pleaded not guilty in Hempstead 1st District Court on Thursday, said his attorney, Robert M. Vella, of Mineola, N.Y.
