Sudipta Sen and his wife, Chaitali Sengupta, former executives at Texas Instruments, had an idea for new technology that could revolutionize the use of wireless devices. But the couple needed a place for their business.

Sen and Sengupta, natives of India, found a home for their company, SNRLabs Inc., in Haynes and Boone’s Richardson office, which provides space where small technology startups can “incubate” at no charge.
