Four companies have reached a $10.65 million settlement in a Philadelphia common pleas court case stemming from an accident at an automotive-battery manufacturer that left one man dead and another burned.
According to the attorney who represented both men, $6.6 million will go to the dead man’s estate, while $4 million will go to his burned co-worker.
