Another judge has been hobbled as the state attorney general and the state judiciary investigate rampant ticket fixing in the Jersey City Municipal Court.

Judge Victor Sison advised the town’s mayor last Wednesday that he was taking an unpaid leave of absence. He did not give a reason, but sources familiar with the investigation say Sison may have had his personal parking tickets dismissed by Judge Pauline Sica, who has also taken an unpaid leave of absence.
