A month after a West Orange, N.J., personal injury firm and one of its partners pleaded guilty to using runners to concoct fraudulent insurance claims, three other people have admitted complicity.

Edith Pullin, 60, and Tia Pullin, 35, both of Newark, N.J., and Edward Campbell Sr., 66, of Irvington, N.J., pleaded guilty to third-degree health care claims fraud and conspiracy to commit such fraud.
