A judge in Alice, Texas, has sealed two DVDs that are at the center of a legal fight waged in two South Texas courts by the Coastal Bend College District (CBCD) against individuals who obtained copies of the discs.

Acting on a motion that the CBCD filed in June, 79th District Judge Richard C. Terrell of Jim Wells County sealed the DVDs indefinitely at an Aug. 6 hearing.
