Connecticut attorneys who serve as trustees for inactive colleagues are now eligible for a certain amount of monetary compensation.
The Superior Court Judges’ executive committee recently reviewed a proposal to reimburse certain specific costs associated with a trustee’s role, including some payments for paralegals, as well as legal fees to defend trustees who are sued in their official capacities.
