Morgan & Morgan has used TV advertising to build one of Florida's largest personal injury practices. Now the 100-lawyer firm wants to do the same in Georgia by combining with two firms to launch a 14-lawyer Atlanta office. Morgan started testing the waters a year and a half ago, when it began advertising in Atlanta on TV, on the radio, in the Yellow Pages and on billboards. Partner James Kelleher says the response "was in excess of what we'd set as a goal. That told us it was a market we should be in."

Morgan & Morgan has used TV advertising to build one of Florida’s largest personal injury practices, with about 100 lawyers calling the firm home. Now it wants to do the same in Georgia.
The firm has leased an entire floor in downtown Atlanta and combined with two established local firms, personal injury practitioners Nix, Graddock & Crumpler and workers’ compensation firm Moskowitz & Carraway, to launch a 14-lawyer Atlanta office.
