An ambulance medical technician’s suit against a fellow employee of New York’s Nassau County Police Department who had filed a federal sexual discrimination suit against him has been dismissed in New York state court.

In Brodowsky v. Humphrey, 13222/2006, Nassau Supreme Court Justice Ute Wolff Lally granted ambulance medical technician coordinator MaryEllen Humphrey’s motion to dismiss Paul E. Brodowsky’s complaint against her on the ground that it lacked required specifics.
