There will be no reprieve for grievance officials facing a tight time frame to implement Connecticut’s new attorney advertising rules.
The judicial branch plans to stick with July 1 as the date when the collection and random review of law firm ads will begin, even though the personnel needed to oversee the program have yet to be hired and the computer system they will rely on remains incomplete.
