New Jersey’s principal attorney organization says it’s time the state Supreme Court abolishes parochial restrictions on out-of-state lawyers practicing here.
During a hearing Tuesday on proposed rule changes being considered by the court, State Bar Association past president Wayne Positan said New Jersey should join 32 other states that allow unfettered multijurisdictional practice.
