Shareholders who have left the Florida offices of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey recently are raising issues about what they see as the law firm’s centralized control and lack of support for their practices.
The firm has lost five shareholders since February, including top lobbyist Jorge Luis Lopez, former Steel Hector managing partner Joseph P. Klock and corporate attorney Barry A. Weiss.
