The Florida Senate says if people think they're going to hear the Righteous Brothers, for example, they shouldn't see onstage a couple of brothers who may not be so righteous. Or if they want to hear the Doobie Brothers, they shouldn't have to worry about seeing a bunch of guys who never were in the band. Performers would be barred from using the names of musical groups unless they really are entitled to, under a bill state senators passed unanimously Friday.
