It isn't a secret that the largest law firms are losing lawyers who don't meet their evolving economic criteria. And, through an ad campaign, Fox Rothschild is making no secret about its intention to offer some of those attorneys a place to hang their briefcases. Chairman Abraham Reich says the recruiting efforts are directed toward attorneys whose rates and client bases don't bring in enough dollars for the megafirms and longtime solo practitioners who need a larger platform.
