The two judges who oversaw the Anna Nicole Smith cases in Florida are swapping jobs, at least temporarily. Some complained that Circuit Judge Lawrence Korda, who briefly oversaw the paternity dispute involving Smith's baby daughter, should be moved out of family court after he was cited this month for smoking pot in a park. Circuit Judge Larry Seidlin, who gained fame for his theatrics during the dispute over custody of Smith's body, will move from the probate to the family division to make way for Korda.
