Supreme Court sources confirmed Friday afternoon that Chief Justice John Roberts Jr. has decided to rejoin the case of Credit Suisse v. Billing, set for argument on Tuesday.

This, after he had recused from the outset of the case — presumably because of assets he holds in some of the companies involved in the antitrust case.
