After reports a couple of weeks ago that New York-based Dewey Ballantine was looking to collaborate with Galgano, a Bologna, Italy-based law firm, Dewey announced it’s official.
The two firms have entered into a “collaboration agreement” that will give Dewey access to the Galgano firm and will incorporate 20 lawyers from Galgano’s Milan office into the firm.
