Five at-will investment-managers who were fired by The Dreyfus Corp. may pursue a fraudulent-inducement claim against the mutual fund giant, a New York Appellate Division, 1st Department, panel has ruled.
The panel reversed in part a decision by Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Richard B. Lowe and reinstated the employees’ claim.
