His latest accuser is an Israeli comedian who claims that Borat's exclamation -- "Wa wa wee wa" -- belongs to him. Dovale Glickman coined the phrase 16 years ago on a comedy show, and further popularized it in a series of commercials. It is still commonly heard on the Israeli street.
