Three high-profile directors of Great Florida Bank have resigned, but the bank says the departures have nothing to do with recent regulatory troubles.

Former BellSouth-Florida president Joseph Lacher, philanthropist Susana Ibarguen and Coral Gables attorney Mitchell Mandler stepped down Dec. 20. All three had been on the bank’s board since its founding in June 2004.
